TOSTEM & uPVC Structural Features

Our high-performance window systems are built using German-engineered VEKA profiles and Japanese TOSTEM pre-engineered aluminum systems. Designed to withstand cyclonic wind loads, intense UV radiation, and heavy rainfall without color fading or structural distortion.

Wind Pressure Resistance

Tested to withstand wind speeds up to 2000 Pa (equivalent to tropical cyclone force).

Water Tightness

Integrated drainage gutters and EPDM seals block water ingress up to 300 Pa pressure.

Glazing Options Available

  • Single Clear / Tinted Glass: 5mm – 8mm toughened safety glass for standard internal fittings.
  • Double Glazed Units (DGU): 5mm + 12mm Air/Argon Gap + 5mm for maximum heat and sound insulation.
  • Laminated Safety Glass: PVB interlayer for elevated security and acoustic damping up to 42 dB.
